We’re looking for reliable, responsible animal lovers to join our team! If you enjoy spending time with animals, love being outdoors, and want to get paid to stay active, this could be the perfect job for you.

This is a part-time position, starting with a couple of walks per day, with the opportunity to grow based on performance and experience. It’s a great fit for freelancers, stay-at-home parents, college students, retirees, entrepreneurs, or anyone looking for meaningful, flexible work with animals!

Starting Pay: $16/hour + mileage reimbursement + tips

Who We're Looking For

Time management skills: You’ll be handling 4-10 walks per day, often back-to-back, so staying on schedule is key.

Independence & resourcefulness: We provide training, but most of your work will be on your own.

Strong communication skills: Clients love their daily pet updates! You’ll need to send clear, engaging messages through our system.

Animal intuition & confidence: We provide training, but you should already be comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and personalities.

Patience & a true love for animals: This job is all about keeping pets happy and safe!

Job Requirements

Availability: Monday-Friday between 9 AM - 4 PM, plus one weekend per quarter (four times a year).

Commitment: Must be able to make a minimum 6-month commitment.

Tech-Savvy: You’ll need a smartphone and internet access.

Reliable Transportation: A reliable, insured vehicle is required.

Local Resident: Must live in or near our service area (Marlborough, Hudson, Southborough, Berlin, Sudbury & Stow)

Flexible & Weather-Ready: Walks happen rain or shine!

Background Check: Must be able to pass a criminal background check and have a clean driving record.

One Final, but Important Note…

This is a physical job – it involves walking multiple miles per day and handling strong, energetic dogs in all types of weather.
