About Us

The Role

This is a hands-on, production-focused role working under our Art Director in a fast-paced

environment. You’ll be responsible for turning customer ideas into clean, production-ready

artwork.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Create mockups of customer artwork on garments

- Prepare artwork for production (color separations, print-ready files)

- Perform prepress work for screen printing and embroidery

- Assist with light design work (logo tweaks, simple concepts, layout adjustments)

- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all files

- Collaborate with sales and production teams to hit deadlines

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator

- Strong attention to detail and organization

- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under deadlines

- Reliable transportation to and from our facility

Nice to Have

- Experience in screen printing or apparel production

- Understanding of color separations and print processes

- Previous prepress experience

Compensation & Schedule

$22 – $24/hour (based on experience)

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
