Join Zenith Primary & Urgent Care’s healthcare team as a Medical Assistant in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. We are a Primary and Urgent Care Clinic located in Marlborough, MA which is an independent physician-owned clinic. We are looking for certified Medical Assistants for full-time and part-time positions. Preference would be given to those who are bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese along with being a fluent English speaker. You will be provided with a lot of growth opportunities to enhance your job skills and increase pay scale.

Responsibilities:

• Perform basic clinical procedures such as taking vital signs, obtaining medical history and phlebotomy.
• Document patient information accurately in EHR (Electronic Health Records).
• Work closely with other members of the clinical team to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
• Schedule appointments using approved scheduling guidelines. Schedule specialist referrals as needed for patient follow-up.
• Take messages and communicate with clinicians and patients.
• Support clinic's operations and patient care.
• Communicate effectively and efficiently with providers and other healthcare professionals to relay patient information and updates.

Required Availability

• Must be able to work 8AM-8PM shifts in consecutive and or non-consecutive days.
• Availability on the weekend for the shift from 8AM-5PM as and when required. MAs would be able to select which shifts they would want to pick-up.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma required.
• Certification: Medical Assistant certification required.
• Prior experience of working in a Primary Care or Urgent Care Clinic is a huge plus.
• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese is a preference for the role.
