As the Call Center Supervisoryou will support and lead a state-wide customer service and contact center which will assist with enrollment and eligibility for state-related health care programs. Team-oriented, professional candidates must possess knowledge of health care, managed care, MassHealth/CHIP Managed care, eligibility and low-income populations. Qualifications for this position include:

  • Minimum three years’ experience in a direct call center supervisory position with demonstrated skills in coaching and staff development required.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience with call center operations required.
  • Strong PC proficiency (i.e., Microsoft Excel) required.
  • Associate degree preferred and/or equivalent job-related experience/training.
  • Bilingual language skills (i.e., Spanish) a plus.
