In this powerful and grounding session, executive coach, former HR Leader, and founder of Own Your Worth®, Ashley Paré, explores the emotional and behavioral patterns that quietly cause women to give their power away around money — often without realizing it. Through storytelling, reflection, and practical reframes, participants will learn how owning their worth with money directly impacts how clearly they communicate their value, how confidently they advocate for themselves, and how aligned they are with the clients they serve. Ashley will guide the group through a brief grounding exercise to help participants regulate emotional money triggers and access the clarity needed to make courageous, aligned decisions - in business and beyond.
