Lucent Strategies is a consulting firm specializing in the staffing industry, helping staffing companies strengthen operations, navigate change, implement technology, and turn strategy into action.

Founded by Daphne Phalon, a staffing industry executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience, Lucent brings real-world perspective to the challenges staffing companies face. Daphne has led organizations through growth, operational change, technology transformations, workforce challenges, and cultural shifts, and understands what it takes to move an organization forward while keeping people aligned.

Lucent also partners with businesses outside of staffing on workforce strategy, leadership alignment, change management, and technology adoption.

Our approach is practical, direct, and grounded in experience. We help leaders get clear on what needs to change, build alignment around how to get there, and create the momentum to make it happen.

I’m a staffing industry strategist and business builder with more than 25 years of executive leadership experience in the temporary staffing industry. I’ve led organizations through rapid growth, operational change, technology transformations, cultural shifts, and the day-to-day challenges that come with building and managing a strong workforce.

Through Lucent Strategies, I work with staffing companies and their leadership teams to bring clarity to complex challenges, strengthen operations and communication, and turn strategy into action. I also partner with businesses navigating workforce challenges, change management, and technology adoption.

My approach is practical, direct, and grounded in real-world experience. I understand the pressure leaders carry because I’ve spent my career in the seat with them.
