JOB REQUIREMENTS
As a Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting and developing training materials for new hire and ongoing training of customer service and eligibility staff for a state-wide customer service center for Massachusetts Medicaid.
Trainer Qualifications for the position include:
- Minimum of three years of training or teaching experience required.
- Minimum of two to four years’ experience in a call center or health/human services environment preferred.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal communication, presentation, and strong organizational skills.
- Advanced PC skills (i.e., Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint) required; knowledge of Learning Management Systems (ProProfs) preferred.
- Knowledge of MA Medicaid programs preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Health Education or related field required; equivalent experience/training considered.
