IT Manager Responsibilities:

• Supports and leads the IT needs of a state-wide call center which will assist with Medicaid Managed Care enrollment.
• Works closely with the IT Team on the development, testing, documentation and configuration of the Project’s system.
• Determines the technology needs and ensure all IT systems meet or exceed requirements.

IT Manager JOB REQUIREMENTS

IT Manager Qualifications for the position include:

• Must possess five years of experience in the design, implementation, and maintenance of hosted solutions.
• Must have experience with SDLC and managing a development team
• Must have experience gathering business requirements and having client-facing discussions
• Experience in BA, QA, SWE, or PM a plus.
• Prior experience managing functionality to minimally include state agency accounts receivable, enrollment, and call center systems.
• Bachelor’s Degree required in related field; Master’s Degree preferred.
