As the Call Center Director, you will oversee call center operations for a state-wide customer service and contact center which will assist with enrollment and eligibility for state-related health care programs. Team-oriented, professional candidates must possess knowledge of health care, managed care, MassHealth/CHIP Managed care, eligibility and low-income populations.
Requirements
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must possess five to seven years of call center management experience.
- Previous health care-related or Medicaid program background preferred.
- Team-oriented, professional candidates must possess knowledge of health care, managed care, MassHealth/CHIP Managed care, eligibility and low-income populations.
- Bachelor’s Degree required in related field; Master’s Degree preferred.
